Graphic Designer

Position can be in our Watertown or Boston, MA office

Designers at an engineering firm? Yes!

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Corporate Development+Strategy and People+Culture Teams! This partnership role supports marketing, business development, employee engagement and brand stewardship activities for initiatives across our footprint through high-quality digital and print marketing and communication pieces. Our wide variety of projects enhance our communities and the world around us.

We are looking for a design partner than can help elevate our messages and strategies through innovative digital design practices. This designer will actively collaborate within a network of VHB’s in-house graphic designers and serve as a brand ambassador. Working closely with marketing, communication and graphic design colleagues, as well as technical practitioners, this designer will be comfortable conceptualizing and producing design concepts and solutions.

The basics

  • 0 to 3  years of experience
  • BFA in Graphic Design
  • Adobe Creative Suite; strong understanding of InDesign
  • Experience with digital marketing, including email and social media campaigns, and video
  • Experience in A/E/C industry a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities/deadlines and details
