Overview

ABOUT THE POSITION

Under moderate supervision, the Marketing Programs Coordinator assists with the research, organization, content development, and coordination of regional marketing activities to help improve efficiency across projects and initiatives. This role also supports the facilitation of strategic collecting, analyzing, and assembling of market, client, and project information to help teams make more data-driven and informed pursuit decisions. Additionally, the person in this role should remain continually informed on market trends, competitors, and AEC industry happenings throughout the region.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collects data on clients, competitors, and the AEC industry. Helps consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
  • Understands regional marketing team objectives and upcoming projects.
  • Assists the regional marketing team in general organization, calendaring, and maintenance of client-visibility-pursuit (CVP) activities and events to support regional objectives and projects.
  • Supports the CRM team in maintenance of project, people, and other marketing information; reporting; and accuracy of marketing and business development metrics in the CRM and reporting dashboards (i.e., win-loss, opportunity pipeline).
  • Assists in drafting social media, internal/external newsletter, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintains regional visibility database and calendar, and coordinate details and materials needed for submissions with team.
  • Assists in research of marketing and visibility initiatives.
  • Assists in maintenance of image and graphics library with updated assets.
  • Assists in conference and event registration and coordinates details with relevant individuals and the regional marketing team.
  • Provides administration support to the regional marketing team as needed and as assigned by Marketing Leadership.
  • Supports the research and updating of market content for vhb.com, proposals, and other marketing deliverables.
  • Participates in professional and personal development aligned with career goals.
  • Performs all job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and VHB policies and procedures.

Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Deeply creative with great problem-solving skills.
  • Search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM programs preferred.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team oriented with ability to perform multiple tasks independently in a timely manner and collaborate effectively and positively with coworkers.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented.
  • Skills and knowledge must be commensurate with required experience and job level.

Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of marketing coordination, research, and information management, preferably in the AEC industry
  • AS/BA/BS degree in Marketing and/or Marketing Research, Library Science, Information Management, or other related degree preferable

Our best estimate of the salary range for this position located in New York, NY is $60,000-65,000. The final compensation will be based on a variety of factors such as individual qualifications, education and experience.
