Managing Director | Vermont
VHB is seeking a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial, and experienced operations leader to serve as the Managing Director of our 100+ person Vermont operation, with offices located in South Burlington, Montpelier, and Rutland. The successful candidate must have extensive leadership and business development experience; broad knowledge of the delivery of integrated engineering, transportation, planning, and environmental services to public- and private-sector clients; and a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage staff. The successful candidate must also be able to lead the development and implementation of the office’s growth strategy and oversee complex projects. Market and client experience within Vermont is required.

Our best estimate of the salary range for this position located in Vermont is $175,000-205,000. This offer is determined based on a number of job-related factors including internal comparators, skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities and geographic location.
