What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll:

• Develop Winning Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to design and implement creative, long-term recruitment strategies.
• Source Top Talent: Use social media, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to find and engage both active and passive candidates.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong, inclusive pipelines of candidates at various career levels and maintain connections to support future hiring needs.
• Lead Recruitment Efforts: Guide hiring managers and candidates through seamless interview, offer, and hiring processes.
• Champion Innovation and Compliance: Create sourcing strategies that foster inclusivity and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Be a VHB Brand Ambassador: Promote VHB as an employer of choice through engaging communication and candidate interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-7+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, ATS systems, and social media recruiting.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A self-motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Ability to work independently and apply sound judgement
• Travel as needed
• This hire could work out of any VHB office and there is an option for remote within our VHB footprint.
