  • Mentor and support junior staff with technical development and project coordination.

Skills and Attributes

  • Enthusiasm for contributing to impactful, high-visibility projects that shape communities and improve quality of life.
  • Interest in complex, non-standard work that involves creative problem-solving and collaboration across disciplines.
  • Familiarity with land development regulations, infrastructure design, and construction practices.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to grow in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

  • BS in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
  • EIT certification preferred or successful completion of the FE Exam.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required; MicroStation experience is a plus.
  • Experience producing site plans, construction documents, and technical reports.
  • Familiarity with GIS is a plus—our team uses GIS as a tool to support integrated, data-driven design solutions.
