Senior Transportation Engineering Manager | Charlotte, NC
VHB is seeking a Senior Transportation Engineering Manager with a strong focus on business development and market growth to join our dynamic Transportation team in Charlotte, NC. This strategic role will be instrumental in expanding VHB’s presence in western North Carolina and South Carolina, with a strong emphasis on building client relationships, identifying new project opportunities, and leading pursuits in both traditional and alternative delivery markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a growth-minded leader who is passionate about developing business in a collaborative, client-focused environment, while still staying connected to the technical and project delivery side of transportation engineering.
As a key leader in our Charlotte office, you will focus on driving growth across the region, particularly with NCDOT, SCDOT, and municipal partners. You’ll help shape our presence in new markets while also supporting delivery of complex transportation projects. We’re looking for someone with a strong business development mindset, deep familiarity with NCDOT/SCDOT practices, and experience positioning teams for strategic wins across the Carolinas.
