  • Campus Engagement & Branding – Represent VHB at career fairs and student events, and build strong partnerships with target universities and organizations.
  • College Ambassador Program Chair – Collaborate with employee ambassadors to implement consistent, innovative early career recruiting across all regions.
  • Recruitment Delivery – Manage a requisition load for interns, co-ops, and entry-level roles; source, screen, and connect top talent with opportunities at VHB.
  • Summer Intern Program – Oversee company-wide programming that creates meaningful intern experiences and drives strong conversion to full-time hires.
  • Continuous Improvement – Leverage technology, data, and best practices to enhance the early career candidate and hiring manager experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience specific to early career/university relations focus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience leading high-volume campus and entry-level hiring in a competitive STEM market.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, universities, and hiring managers.
  • Confident presenter with experience engaging student groups and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in recruiting technologies (ATS, LinkedIn, Handshake, Yello, etc.).
  • Creative, collaborative, and passionate about building inclusive pipelines of talent.
