Advance your project management career by shaping the future of learning at VHB.VHB is seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Project Manager to bring our employee learning experience to life. In this role, you’ll manage high-visibility projects that strengthen our culture of continuous growth and ensure our people have the tools they need to thrive. As a central connector between HR, IT, Communications, and business leaders, you’ll drive initiatives that modernize our learning systems, improve internal processes, and deliver programs that align with VHB’s culture and strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage projects that design, implement, and enhance L&D solutions
• Drive collaboration across HR, IT, Communications, and business partners to ensure alignment and success
• Oversee rollouts of learning systems, process improvements, and technology initiatives
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones that keep initiatives on track
• Support change management efforts to drive adoption and long-term impact
• Coordinate and deploy live and virtual learning programs in partnership with the L&D team
• Measure outcomes, capture lessons learned, and apply them to future initiatives
• Ensure all programs reflect VHB’s culture, brand, and business goals

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience (L&D or HR project experience strongly preferred)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Human Resources, or related field
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects from concept through completion
• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and risk management skills
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred
