Traffic Data Collection Technicians are required to work both inside of the office and in the field depending on the tasks being performed. Field operations may require working in a wide range of weather and roadway conditions. This is an entry level, part-time position. Weekly shifts depend on both employee availability and company workflow. The Traffic Data Collection Department operates seven days a week during day and night time hours, so early mornings and overnight shifts are typically required. Together, we work to improve mobility, enhance communities and economic vitality, and balance development and infrastructure needs with environmental stewardship.   The Senior Environmental Planning Project Manager will be involved with a variety of projects as a member of the Environmental Planning Team and will be responsible for the leadership, coordination and development of State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents for a diverse number of markets including real estate, energy, institutional, transportation and state and local government.   Demonstrated experience with the development of Draft and Final Environmental Impact Statements, and a strong understanding of the entitlement process is a must.   Complementary experience with municipal master plans, land use and zoning, urban design, grant writing, community engagement and expert reports and affidavits is desired, but is not necessarily required.
