ABOUT THE POSITION Do you want your next role to be at the intersection of statistics, data analysis and visualization? VHB is looking for a Senior Data Analyst with 5-7 years of experience to analyze data and build visualizations, build a culture of metric-driven decision making and advise on our technical approach.   A solid grounding in statistics for data decision making is required. You must be able to build visualizations true to the limits of the available data and guide users to accurate interpretations. You should have advanced experience with Power BI and DAX, and knowledge of data analysis languages such as R, Python, or SQL. Additionally, strong communication skills are necessary in order to partner with technical and non-technical staff.   This role can be remote from anywhere in the US, with a preference for the East coast where VHB is concentrated.   ABOUT THE POSITION VHB’s growing Transportation practice is seeking a Transportation Engineer to join our Transportation team in Orlando, Florida.  The selected candidate will work with a dynamic team of transportation planners and engineers on a variety of public, private, and institutional projects within a broad cross-section of markets, including real estate municipal, state agencies, higher education, federal lands, and aviation. Our team uses its skills and experience to improve our communities with a sustainable, context-driven, and integrated project delivery approach. ABOUT THE POSITION Do you love managing and developing critical marketing and sales information and data? As a CRM Data Specialist, you’ll help to maintain and analyze data for our Mid-Atlantic Region, helping to elevate VHB’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system for use in pursuits, client focus, and other business development initiatives.   We are looking for a creative and energetic go-getter who relishes working in a fast-past, team environment to provide support in maintaining our critical marketing information and data.   This position is responsible for utilizing Azure DevOps, transforming business needs and user requirements into a set of functional technical specifications, while also assisting with testing of existing DevOps work items. In addition, this position will support data accuracy and analysis of trends and patterns of CRM data. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.     While the preferred location for this position is within VHB’s Mid-Atlantic Region, the successful candidate could be based from any of VHB’s office locations.   Primary Duties & Responsibilities - Understands VHB’s Focus Forward Approach and how the CRM supports the program. Supports maintenance, reporting, and accuracy of marketing and business development metrics in the CRM and reporting dashboards (i.e., win-loss, opportunity pipeline). - Helps to maintain data of VHBers, contacts, leads and opportunities, and project information. - Provides frequent review of data in the system to ensure data integrity. Follows up and advises marketing and technical practitioners when anomalies in data occur and/or lessons learned on metrics can be applied and shared. - Identifies ways to improve usage of the CRM through automating basic, everyday tasks. - Customizes and prepares marketing report views from the CRM. - Serves as CRM and marketing database super user. Trains new employees on the CRM and Focus Forward Approach, in partnership with marketing management. - Maintains and updates marketing content for proposals, qualifications, and other marketing deliverables (e.g., project profiles/stories, resumes, references, service descriptions). - Identifies system bugs and tracks in DevOps. - Assists with gathering market research and data (i.e., client capital improvement plans, publicly posted consultant selections). - Implements pursuit close-out process, and contact, resume, project sheet, and/or other annual (or bi-annual) updates as part of ensuring marketing information data integrity. - May support proposal administration and preparation efforts. - May assist in document production and quality flip-throughs (i.e., copying, binding, delivery). - May prepare basic/routine qualifications packages. - May coordinate the review of industry-related opportunities and route to marketing management (i.e., RFP trafficking, Gov-Win activity). Helps to maintain integrity of identified leads and opportunities in the pipeline. - Participates in professional and personal development aligned with career goals. - Performs all job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and VHB policies and procedures. About the Position   VHB’s growing Southeast Environmental Services team has an immediate need for a senior-level Environmental Scientist/Project Manager to join our growing practice in Orlando, Florida.  The successful candidate will have a least 8 to 11 years of professional experience in consulting in the environmental field and with the preparation of state and federal permits. The applicant should have 3 to 5 years of project management experience. VHB has an immediate need for a Regional Transportation Technology Manager for the local region to drive growth and to direct execution of VHB’s Transportation Technology programs in the local market.    The successful candidate responsible for establishing, guiding, directing, and overseeing VHB’s Transportation Technology services within the local market, consistent with VHB’s Strategic Plan and OneVHB.   The Transportation Technology Manager will partner with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and the Transportation Technology Director, in outlining VHB’s strategic approach, identifying a roadmap for successful growth, evaluating performance, developing strategic planning, and assessing new business ventures in the transportation market.     Responsibilities: - Drives growth and directs execution of VHB’s Transportation Technology programs, working with CTO, Transportation Technology Group Leader (TTG), local Regional Manager (RM), and Service Leaders (SL) to bring the best transportation technology to client challenges (“value engineering with technology”). - Provides project executive oversight on key transportation-related technology projects to help ensure clear scoping and financially viable deliverables in the short and long term. - In collaboration with TTG Leaders and RM, identifies, develops, recruits and mentors VHB’s future transportation personnel with a focus on technology, including those with strong business development and client relationship expertise. - Understands the latest trends in transportation technology and works with SLs and RM to build and maintain local market knowledge to assist TTG leaders in making appropriate investment and prioritization decisions. - Evaluates strategic initiatives and provide guidance to CTO, TTG leaders, Regional Managers and Market and Service leaders as to their alignment with the overall transportation technology enabled strategy.
