ABOUT THE POSITION Senior Site Civil Project Manager – Land Development | Hybrid | New York City Metro   VHB’s New York City office, named to Crain’s New York Business 100 Best Places to Work in New York City, is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and effective Senior Site / Civil Project Manager with 11+ years of land development experience in private sector real estate to join its growing Civil/Design practice. This hire will support projects for New York City metro region.   This is an outstanding opportunity to join a dynamic organization and lead a growing team while working on exciting assignments throughout the region. Candidate would lead projects from start to finish, including initial scoping through design, permitting approvals, and construction phase services for a wide range of civil engineering projects. ABOUT THE POSITION The Modeler/Planner will work our Southeast teams (Atlanta, Orlando, Gulf Coast) to assemble and prepare data for model validation and long-range future year travel forecasts; conduct model validation to required accuracy standards; and prepare the documentation.    Responsibilities: - Establishes budgets. Monitors project progress for technical accuracy and adherence to schedule and budget. - Reviews complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance. - Analyzes complex design problems. Devises new approaches, techniques, and procedures to problems encountered and coordinates various technical aspects of work. - Represents VHB at meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to establish needs and discuss design/permitting issues. - Responsible for assigned client relationships, visibility, and business development. ABOUT THE POSITION Senior Civil Transportation Engineer / Project Manager | Hybrid | New York City Metro   VHB's New York City office is seeking an 8+ year Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager who is passionate about working on complex infrastructure projects in NYC Metro Region. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and tackle the City’s most complex public infrastructure projects including roadway and rail, as well as private development projects. ABOUT THE POSITION Civil/Highway Transportation Engineer | Hybrid | New York City Metro   VHB's New York City office is seeking a 5+ year Civil Engineer who is passionate about working on innovative transportation engineering projects, including design build projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and growing team, and tackle NYC's most complex highway, rail, and roadways projects. Experience working with state and local agencies (NYSDOT, NYCDOT, NYCDDC, NYCDEP, NYCEDC, MTA, etc.) is highly desired.   Responsibilities   VHB is seeking an individual to work within a team of highly motivated engineers to produce fully coordinated plans, specifications, and deliverables. ABOUT THE POSITION Senior Environmental Engineer / Geologist - Federal Site Investigation & Remediation | Hybrid | Any VHB Office   VHB is seeking a Senior Project Manager/ Environmental Engineer / Geologist for our strong and growing Federal Site Investigation & Remediation practice.  This professional will support Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) response actions for federal land managers at contaminated sites located across the United States. In this role, you will play a vital part in orchestrating the planning, execution and successful delivery of our diverse technology initiatives and programs.
