ABOUT THE POSITION VHB is seeking an experienced Senior Transportation Engineer to join our growing Transportation Systems team in Raleigh and/or Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for an experienced traffic operations professional with a strong background in traffic analysis, signal design, modeling, and statewide operational programs.
